Do my customers need an app?
No. They scan your poster and tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet. No app, no account, no phone number.
What happens if I stop paying?
No new cards start, but nobody is left out: customers part way to a reward can keep collecting stamps until it's earned, and every reward can still be redeemed.
Do I need Square, or a particular till?
No. It works alongside any till, or none at all. Staff stamp cards with the camera on any phone, right in the browser.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhones with Apple Wallet and Android phones with Google Wallet, which covers nearly every smartphone in Australia.
Can staff give free stamps to their mates?
You set how many stamps one scan can give and how long before a card can be stamped again. Every stamp is logged, and any mistake can be undone.
Is there a contract?
No. After your 90 free days it's AU$29 a month per location, and you can cancel any time.
How long does it take to set up?
About ten minutes. We do it with you, and you can be stamping cards the same day.
